About Us

The Dayville Duke Warner Story!

The first branch office of Duke Warner Realty was opened in June of 1997 in Dayville by Tamie Jo Hettinga & Lori Hickerson.  The office was in a small corner of the old white church building.  As the office duties and the inventory grew, Tamie & Lori brought in Babette Larson as an assistant/office manager in the spring of 1999 and moved the office to its current site at 215 S Fork Rd in 2006.

With the ill-fated passing of Tamie Jo in 2006 Lori invited in Sally Knowles, Broker and extended the invitation for Babette to pursue her realty license as well.

Our Dayville office works as a team to better serve our clients.  We have completed the Graduate Realtor Institute 90 hours of training.  With this GRI professional designation we expect to use our skill, knowledge and experience to take a positive step forward in the years to come.

Duke Warner Realty has been in business for over 55 years and has earned the reputation for personalized service, reliability and a strong commitment to customers.  We are honored and privileged to be a part of this company.  With many years of experience in real estate and the knowledge and support that we received from our main office in Bend, we have the ability to offer our clients an excellent service.

Please give Lori, Sally or Babette a call or email them with any questions you may have about real estate in Grant County or stop by our office at 215 S Fork Rd in Dayville and have a look at our wall of inventory.  We would like to thank our many clients for their continued support.  We look forward to hearing from you and serving the Dayville / John Day Valley!

Warmest Regards,

Lori, Sally, Babette
